We do not accept returns on semen items. However, if your order arrives damaged, thawed, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.

Orders are shipped via UPS using properly cooled vapor shippers to maintain product integrity. Orders will ship from BEEF-360 facilities or directly from Custom Semen Collection facilities.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days from shipment, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Keenan Switzer
Co-Owner of BEEF-360

A native of Linn County Missouri, Keenan graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Animal Sciences in 1997. Keenan’s career has included managing cows for a large seedstock operation, territory sales management for two leading genetics companies and Independent custom breeding services. Additionally, Keenan is a managing partner in his family’s beef operation which produces both seedstock and commercial cattle, along with a custom backgrounding and start-up feedlot. Keenan and his wife Holly have two children, Maddie and Braxton. Together, they reside on their multi-generational farm north of Bucklin, Missouri.

Jerry Terrill
Co-Owner of BEEF-360

Jerry grew up near Salem, Missouri and graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences in 1992 and a Master’s in 1994 - focused on Applied Beef Production. Professionally, Jerry has served as a regional field rep for a major beef breed association, procured cattle for a branded beef company, and served as Regional Livestock Specialist with University of Missouri Extension. Additionally, Jerry worked in account management for the two largest seed companies in the country. While Jerry currently resides in Brookfield, Missouri he maintains a herd of beef cattle in Southern Missouri with his parents.
